I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were spacious and well-appointed, but unfortunately, there was a persistent stuffy smell that took away from the comfort. The service was top-notch with professional and efficient front desk staff, but there were some issues with inexperienced and unfriendly individuals causing delays. The location was convenient right off the interstate, but the overpowering vanilla scent was overwhelming. The dining options were satisfactory but could use more variety, and it was an added cost. Overall, it was a decent stay with some notable highs and lows.

Staying at this hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were comfortable and clean, much roomier than what I usually find at Hampton Inn or Embassy Suites. However, the service was somewhat frustrating, with inexperienced and not-so-friendly staff members taking their time with simple tasks. On the bright side, the ambiance of the hotel was pleasant, and some staff were extra nice. The location was convenient for traveling between two major cities, providing easy access to various places in the area, although there wasn't much in the immediate vicinity for a stroll. The dining options were limited and came at an additional cost during our stay, which was a bit disappointing. Overall, a decent stay with its ups and downs.
